I just got a random event and received this item

I have no idea what it's for or what it does, since there's no option. I've been on Subeta for almost 11 years now. You would think I'd know everything lol

You can take them to the coin machine in the lower west side of Centropolis (the stairs in the bottom left corner of the map image), and put the coin into the machine. Sometimes you get an item or sP, or pet stats, little things like that.
