I haven't seen anything that just applies blush to the tip of the nose, there's a delish item that spreads it over the nose and cheeks but it would be a lovely item to have you should make a suggestion of it :)

If you look closely, there's also blush on the shoulders. It sorta looks like the Astute blush that suggested.

There's this one that goes across the cheeks and is winter themed and a brush, not sure if it's really the same thing though.

It looks like it's been edited a little. Because on the same shoulder that's visible, there's a skinny bit of pink on that cheek. It's a bit weird.

I think it was called blush I can't remember, It came from melody a couple years ago

sometimes the artist changes things or removes items before releasing the set. this can be seen in the preview for the delish material set, in which the headpiece is coiled but the item in its final version is straight:

my guess is that a similar thing happened here - perhaps there was originally going to be a blush in the delish energetic set but the artist added a different item later on and realized there were too many, and took the blush away. or... something.
