Yes, I'm pretty sure they still work. You have to wait for it to progress though, and then wait for it to wear off. I definitely recommend unlocking at least one zombie skin this coming Survival for the future though c:

The vial should work, but it can take a couple of days I think for you to progress to a "mature" stage where you can access the cove, and then you'll only have access for a few days.

It's generally easier to unlock at least one zombie skin during Survival in February so you can have guaranteed access all year.

NPC Zosi is part of NPC Ecks' faction and is prejudiced against humans, so the zapper skins don't work on him.
