I was away for awhile, because I was inactive my pet name was used by someone else. I got a message saying I have a free name change for that pet. Where do I go to claim that and change my pet's name?

If you go to the pets page there will be an edit icon next to your pet. Click that and then choose "Change Name" from the dropdown menu, and then you should be able to change the name.
