Do I just put at the bottom of the page 'custom overlay by me, story by me, HA by me, idea by me, everything by me, I did all of it, she is my precious baby and I love my green Cinderella lion' or ???? And for the picture of Kierapls, I linked it back to her tumblr (that was her stipulation for letting me use her picture), but should I put 'faceclaim of kierapls.tumblr.com'? Thanks in advance guys!

Even if you did everything yourself, you do need to add credits! So yes, you'll have to put the overlay, profile, etc. are by you. As for the faceclaim, it would probably be a good idea to have written credit for that too.
