???

Not sure if this is the same issue, since I'm able to see it in my widget/shop names/etc. but pretty much anytime I try to post (forum/comments) a unicode character, it turns into a question mark.

It shows up fine in notepad widget, search bar, status, previews, etc. However, for forum posts and comments, once the text is actually submitted, it displays as a question mark.

Found in both Chrome (55.0.2883.87) and Firefox (55.1.0). Windows 10.

For a while, I thought everyone was unsure if they loved me/someone/something or not cause they'd be like, "I love you ?" :P

[edit] question marks at the very top of this post are suppose to be hearts Also shows up right after I edit a post, but back to question mark once refreshed.

Unicode characters are not working in shop/gallery descriptions and also in posts. Please fix.
