I don't know what it's called! But i've seen it mentioned! How do I get to it? How can I participate?

Also, I can't click on anything in Arctic Frost. Is it the same for anyone else?

There's a link on the news page, otherwise here is the link for Mysterious Melody. You get partnered up with another person, you don't get to find out who they are, and you send gifts to each other. At midnight, you have to get a new partner if you want to participate again. Some people are really good about returning gifts/sending fun things, and some people aren't. So it's a little bit of a risk
