Would you please consider selling packs of snowballs? The highest achievement level is 50k...

Please! I still don't understand why it was made that high in the first place, but it's practically unobtainable.

Becuase there are people who have thrown a ridiculous amount (thanks to the snowball war and snowmen thing).

I don't remember exactly, but wasn't there not a time limit when buying snowballs during the first snowball throwing event? I don't mind having to pay for all of the snowballs for the achievement, but it would be kind of nice to either lower the wait limit or offer bundles of maybe 50 random snowballs or something.

I understand it can put strain on the servers when everyone is doing it during the special events, but otherwise I think probably the only people who would throw mass amounts of snowballs are those who want the achievements. And even then, it probably wouldn't be as constant of a thing as it is during the competitions.

I don't understand why the achievement had to cater to a select few who were able to buy snowballs en masse when that is no longer possible. :c

We added that tier when everyone was throwing a lot of snowballs for the events. It wasn't a "oh let's make people go crazy this luminaire" it was usually a "wow people are already throwing a lot, let's reward that a bit"

I need the book from the achievement (ugh) so I support anything that makes this easier. sell one snowball that counts for 50k please for like 50m. I'd consider it

Yes, please! A pack of 100, 500, 1000, etc.

And maybe some sort of quickfire option (That you pay for?) that lets you fling multiple snowballs at once... (Five, maybe?)

I don't mind to pay and a lot, I already have 25mil out just for them, I don't mind to pay extra for a pack of snowballs.. take my sp, sink them, just let me get the 50k tier and finish with this achievement.. the Luminaire tab was empty for years and now it's not, it's killing me :(

Or reduce the time.. at this moment it's only 2 snowballs per minute, change it to 10-20 seconds so we won't be able to buy and throw at the same time and kill the servers..

I wish we could cut out the step of having to get the snowballs. Like an option to pay to use the snowtapult, but the snowballs are provided for you. People will still have the option to go to the emporium and buy them for 1k each, but for a few thousand more (2-5k?) we can skip that step.

I think the idea to buy in bulk (like trinkets during Masquerade), would be wonderful. The achievement is ridiculously high and it is sorta not fair to everyone else that because some people over achieved, now everyone has to scramble frantically during the one time a year they can try to earn this. As said above, 2 snowballs per minute is not a lot. That's 25,000 minutes to buy enough, or 417 hours--17 days straight of buying snowballs. That's if people don't eat, sleep, go the bathroom, or do anything that might cause them to miss their next purchase by so much as a second. I get that this is supposed to be a long-term achievement, but there's fun achievements that take hard work and there's tedious achievement that take hard work. This is tedious.

EDIT: Sorry, was a slight type with zeros that made my math look wrong--but it's still 17 straight days of buying snowballs.

I am also for buying snowballs in bulk (at a price!) I think it would make earning the achievement much more enjoyable :)

I get that the achievement was added because people were buying and throwing ridiculous amounts, but like I said that's because at the time I don't think there was a time limit between buying. So you could just mash the buy button or refresh the page and get thousands of snowballs very quickly.

It would still take work to buy and throw that many snowballs, but as it is right now it just takes too much time and makes me (and others) lose patience waiting to buy another snowball, so I haven't really bothered with it yet.

I support this idea. Either let us buy snowballs in packs (I think even packs of 5 or 10 would help out), or decrease the buying time to maybe 5-10 sec. (or do both, that'd be totally fine as well). It would sure make that achievement somewhat easier to obtain...

Pretty pretty please make this a thing to help those who weren't part of those throwing escapades.

I think a five second delay for buying snowballs is a good idea too. All other NPC shops have only five seconds for a delay (and when questing, even that can be a pain, let me tell you...). Why should the Avalanche Emporium be different and have a longer delay?

Or maybe there could be other ways for people to earn snowballs? Designate some games that give snowballs in addition to sP? Have a quest giver reward a dozen snowballs? Put them in a vending machine? Dump them in the Donation Corner? Make them as a random event? Something? Please?
