Bought the item, tried to turn it in, got told I was not on a quest. Total quests done went from 2/15 to 3/15 but no rewards. Excellent.
More info in case anyone ever actually shows up to look into this (not that it matters now since Fireside is well and truly over):

It didn't take the item for the third quest. It was supposed to be chocolate wafer. For my second quest, it glitched and didn't tell me it had completed until several refreshes (still never got completion notice, but did get items and sP). Once it reset to the main page, I started my third quest, was promoted to buy the item, did that, tried to turn it in, was told I wasn't on a quest, and was sent back to the main page where it told me I'd completed 3/15 quests...except I hadn't because it didn't take my item or give me rewards.
I think if you file a ticket they should be able to correct this for you :)
Yeah, actually not. I did file a ticket at the same time I made this thread. I was told there was nothing a UA could do and that I needed to make a thread about it.
So far exactly 0 staff who can do anything about it have actually responded.
hm I was sure they could refund you the items at least. hopefully this can be fixed so it doesn't happen again at least :x
Well, at this point I have 0 faith since staff isn't handling anything in problems and bugs. It's pretty much moot right now anyhow, since Fireside is over and the chance to get the retired items is gone.
oh I didn't even realize this thread wasn't from today :x had to wake up early today and been so tired. any items you were looking for in particular? I can see if I got any from the few times I did pete's quests
I need a whole bunch, I was doing them daily until the last couple days. But yeah, this was from several days ago =/
