So my pet names were robbed, my shops are purged and the wardrobe is a mess.

Is the customization for the wardrobe the same or were ALL of my items purged too? I can't seem to figure out how to access them if they weren't.

I'd like to know before I do anything rash.

Subeta used to delete old accounts. You will get free namechanges for your pets.

What rash thing were you planning?

Your legacy shops still exist and the items that are not priced and sold should still be there. Look at the New Shops thread in General that will explain the changeover. You will need to create new ones.

The Wardrobe works fine, but maybe you are accessing it via an old link? Edge and IE don't work here, so that might be a reason. Wardrobe has been hinky for years, so maybe you will need to file a Ticket in Help depending on where yours got stuck.

There shouldn't be any changes to your Vault, so your items and TC items should still be where you left them. Gallery stuff is addressed via the legacy vs new thing above.

If the wardrobe is asking you to select an outfit (like newbie default ones) you need to pick one before you can get into the wardrobe. The items will just go into the wardrobe, it shouldn't actually affect your current HA or anything.

Also there are still a few links onsite that go to the old nonexistent version of the wardrobe (I think the word "wardrobe" when you've sent an item there from your inventory does it? and the Navigation widget also links to a dead page) so use the Personal dropdown at the top of the page to get there instead
