I have seen others with signatures with what they are collecting. I am currently collecting trading cards, but im not sure how to make it so that it shows how many i have out of how many there are (ex 75/125) Is there a way to do coding for this or would i have to do it manually each time?

As far as I know, you do that manually. To find your number, it's under Games / Collections / Trading Card Collection.
