So this is my first Fireside so I don't really know how this works well, but, whenever I throw an item into the bonfire, that Jollin thief takes it and runs away. This has happened every time I've tried throwing an item into the bonfire (about 5-6 times now) and I didn't know if like there was a specific time the Jollin doesn't show up or am I just throwing in wrong items, or is it just random? Thanks!

The theif will unlock a battle challenger after stealing 5-ish items from you, then you'll be able to use the bonfire normally. I'm pretty sure the Jollin will show up every time until the challenger is unlocked if you don't already have it.
