Am I under the wrong impression it was suppose to start today? If I am, sorry, if it was, then...when?

That's from the news. I'm surprised it didn't start at midnight.

Yeah, same here, I thought it would start at midnight...or at least tell us about what's going on... :/

I am also very curious when the start will be. I suppose we'll just get a news post about it later today. Can't wait!

well judging by the previous news it says it will start tonight looks like the news post gave a clear time

Which news post are you referring to? As far as I'm aware, there hasn't been a news post made that says it will start "tonight." The post quoted says the sale will end the night of the 30th.

Cash Shop sales don't seem to have specific beginning times other than the day mentioned. Even the monthly bonus weekends have started at different times throughout the day.

I'm guessing it will come later and we'll get a news post once it starts. They did say there would be some new items as well, so they probably have to add those before starting it.

True that, but it takes like 30 seconds to post "don't worry, it's coming" from a staff member, making posts like this and our hours of constant worrying pointless...

A staff told me early evening/late afternoon somewhere around then I guess

I guess I don't really see the point of panic when they already said it was going to be today. Just be patient ant it will start at some point. :)

What's the rush tbh it's not like anything is suddenly going to retire if the sale doesn't start right this second.

It's not the rush, but. It is a bit inconsiderate at some point, that's all ;) But since it's not the first time and most likely not the last, no biggie, right?

They don't have to hold the sale at all. They're giving us a chance to get a monthly collection, a year's worth of Delish items, plus any random current available items for half price, along with a slew of new items that will ALSO be available for half price (and sales on CWs, even though they're still giving the creators the full amount they would have gotten outside of the sale).

I guess I just don't personally feel that starting a sale this big later in the day (when we were never given a start time in the first place...if we had been, that'd be different) is "inconsiderate," especially since it's going to run for over a full week regardless and no one has to miss out on anything just because they may not be here anymore for the first day by the time it does start.

I don't see it as them being inconsiderate, so much that its inconvenient trying to guess when to log back on for it. A lot of folks do have jobs/school/kids/etcetc that can make it hard to find the time to check back regularly and scope out the deals. I know for me personally, I waited up until midnight last night in hopes of snagging some goodies while I could, because I wasn't sure if I'd have much time to check back this week. I've got a pretty crazy week scheduled with Thanksgiving coming up and family visiting, lol. A general time frame definitely would have made it easier for me. But all that aside, I always appreciate that they're so generous to us players! :)

I don't think they do half off on the monthly collections. I believe they brought back all the ones from throughout the year last year, but they weren't discounted.
