Hydrus Bhakoru - cool pet and name! You definitely shouldn't pound him because he will lose his colour and Hydrus is off limits at the moment ;-) Best wishes for him to find a good new home! I got my new pound pet to T4 within a month, still nice battle starter. Btw. battles sort of reset for a new owner, so they can earn XP anew there.

Oh, his name is really cool! Actually, it is the exact name of my very first female oc! I was thinking of redrawing her after all these years and it would be very cool to have her as a subeta pet then! :DD I only don't know about the spieces: my oc was kind of a fox, although I planned to give him/her an overlay if I would be getting Akhet, so that wouldn't really matter... Are you keen to the spiece/color being kept?

He's absolutely gorgeous, I would love to adopt him. I'm not totally settled on a character, but I'm picturing him as a warrior to be certain. He'd be stern, stoic, and extremely self-disciplined. I like to have my pets in "sets" sort of, and I think Akhet would make a good opposite to my pets Wormwill, an eccentric shaman-esque character, and Aiah, an inexperienced and naive child king. (both of their profiles are currently being overhauled and don't have much on them, unfortunately) I think Akhet could possibly Aiah's guardian, and be constantly butting heads with Wormwill about how to care for their king.

Hey guys, thanks for the interest, and sorry for taking a few days to respond -- I didn't expect these past few days of school to be as exhausting as they were. I am 100% fine with any species/color/gender changes!

I'm going to need a little more time to think about it, but I hope to make a decision within the next few days (definitely by the end of the weekend.) If any of you would like to tell me more about potential plans for him, feel free! :D
