So okay I couldn't really figure out how to pose this question in short for the subject line, but I was wondering if someone could tell me what the earliest year is that a pet can be "born" on excluding that one year glitch that caused some pets to have a born date before the site even existed. I guess in a way then I am asking what year Subeta was created? Cause I am wanting to seek out a pet that was born on the earliest year possible for a character of mine but I don't know what year to be looking for.

Oh okay! So that would likely indicate that 2004 is the year I would be looking for. For some reason I had it in my head it might have been 2000 but 2004 does sound more accurate. Thanks so much for the info! =)

Yeah, definitely not 2000. And now I'm sad that Keith hasn't even been onsite in almost 3 days even with all of the userbase upset. Ah, well. Good luck on your pet hunt!

Really? I wonder why he hasn't been. And what is the userbase all upset about? Unless it's not something different from the 502/504 errors, cause I'm aware of that one. All too aware. o.O

But anywho, thanks so much! I have a character who I came up with when I was about 10 years old, which would put his birthday on 1998 technically, but since that won't work, for obvious reasons, I'm wanting to go with the next best thing. =P

2004 is the first infamous re-set which is when the site is generally considered to have started. The site existed before then but when the site re-set in 2004 everyone's information got deleted and everyone had to start over with new accounts.

Thus, oldest pet date would be 2004 as there are no pets that exist from before that time as the information from previous accounts that existed before the re-set was deleted.
