I love the reward cards and loyalty shop, but can we put all the rules surrounding their use on the landing page? Like, I didn't know that cards can only be filled twice. I literally bought 5,000 CSC days before this new one was released, and was disheartened to learn that I had already filled my card twice, and was therefore not eligible to collect any loyalty points. If I had known about that rule, then I would have just waited for the new card to be released before buying the CSC. Anyway, I just feel like making it more clear would be helpful - not sure if anyone else is confused about how the cards work, but I'm a little annoyed that I missed out on those points.

I agree, they should put that info on the card page and not just in the news post. They explain the rest on the page, so why not that part as well?

For some reason staff has always had major issues including all the information for any particular aspect of anything in a single place. It's always scattered all over. But they should definitely be more careful about that when it comes to real money. I'd honestly file a ticket about this.

There was a board here not too long ago about lack of clarity with how to actually claim your LP as well. I don't know if that was addressed.

[edit] Ohh, I get it. If you purchase less than 1k or 2k in a single purchase, it will add up over time. Perhaps you could change it to be "this is cumulative, so if you purchase less than 1k csc, it adds up."

Totally agree with the above. I read that to mean- if you don't buy often, you'll fall behind so it might not be worth it over time.
