You can encounter it everywhere on Subeta; it's quite rare though or at least I have only gotten it a handful of times in my 10+ years on here.

It's one of the worthless random events because it never gives you more than 20k.

ohh so that's why D: i'm not that active either, i usually just quest and hang around a single forum xD
