The John Newcastle books would be a good place to start if you have that kind of funding to throw into it. They're based on the awesome TV show, Castle, which is a crime/detective show with Nathan Fillion in.

There are deerstalkers - like BBC Sherlock's - but they're CWs and it looks to be private. Calabash Pipe/Carved Antique Pipe... Heavy Magnifying Glass... that's all my overtired brain can come up with right now. XD
