i forget how we call the healer witch remove the skin from the zapper... the normal healer healt just the pets and she says - all my pets are ok .. :)

You shouldn't need to heal your skins anymore, since you can unlock them in the wardrobe. Just go to the "Skins" tab, and there will be a line near the top that says "Click here to remove your skin." Click that and then save your avatar, it should remove the skin that you're using if you want to be regular again.
