Is there an external site or maybe a custom CSS (or something that can be applied with something like the 'Stylebot' chrome extension) that would display, or let you browse, the previews (i.e. how the item displays on the avatar) rather than the 64x64 pixel items?
Personally I find it really tedious to have to mouse over everything in the wardrobe and wishlists to see what an wearable actually looks like/find something specific. Particularly during browsing 'all items' when looking for a suitable piece.
Added to that, there are a fair number of items that don't give you any idea of what they look like on the HA, making it harder still to guess if it's what you want, until you mouse over it.
Thanks in advance if anyone can help out.
Overlay recolours/edits here (closed to new orders)(nice Constantine HA, by-the-way) SubetaLodge has item previews for all wearable items. There isn't an onsite option, AFAIK.
Thanks for the heads up on SubetaLodge, have used it before, but unless I'm missing something it's still a list of items that need to be clicked to view the HA preview?
Ideally (in my eyes anyway) there'd be an option in the wardrobe to show either the 64x64 item or the HA preview. That way it'd be easy to visually scan a large amount of items for something specific/fitting, without having to mouse over every item of interest. So I'd be looking for something like that, if it exists.
Also, nice to see someone else recognise the Constantine character. Recently found the TV series on Amazon video here in the UK and that ended up kick starting a re-read of the entire original run of Hellblazer comics.
Overlay recolours/edits here (closed to new orders)i share the same sentiments. the item images are nice but when you're in search of new wearables, it doesn't help in any way since you'll be hovering over all of the item images regardless.
i really, absolutely loved arvee/so fetch's system and i continued using it even when subeta finally implemented the option to try on all wearables. it's long gone, though.
that aside, it's not something you can do with custom css either.
I don't know of any way to do this. But it would be a good time to make a post in the suggestions forum since from what I hear they are currently working on yet another wardrobe.
