Upside: I got the skin that I really wanted from this year's Zapper batch (the peacock one) and I absolutely love it with my current HA. Downside: I want to change my hair around to better use said Zapper skin buuuuut the hair salon is still eighty shades of nonfunctional to those of us who want exact hex codes and shows no sign of changing anytime soon.
