I recently created Disruption after learning that the name was available and have been planning to create a character that is harbinger of doom - he would be a counterpart to my other pet Amarantine (protector of peace), who I am planning to turn into a Glade Legeica. Thus for Disruption I'm very keen on Bloodred Legeica or a Nightmare pet. Would love to have some suggestions! Thanks in advance :)

This is a pretty cool problem to have though, I love the name! I think a nightmare pet would be awesome for what you're describing. I particularly like the look of the nightmare harvester, noktoa, and chai. Specifically because I think the idea of disruption pairs well with their images - the harvester holds a scythe, and both the noktoa's and chai's head kind of disrupt the flow of their bodies. I hope that made sense. XD

I'm still unsure of what I'll eventually turn Disruption into, but your suggestions have really helped me narrow down the possibilities. I've really been thinking and pondering this for weeks :P

In my mind, I think of Disruption as an elegant, mysterious, dark and menacing character that lurks in the shadows, but is not overly morbid or scary.

I see disruption as a two-sided coin - disruption disturbs the environment, but it also creates progress and encourages change. My inspiration for Disruption is based on it's meaning of creating chaos, but also the term is widely used in the tech world as act which creates innovation and progress. I really like the double meaning behind the word when used in different contexts.

Although Steamwork pets are really awesome, I'm not sure if the colour will work with this character concept.

However, I do think Nightmare pets could work! Just thinking out loud :) this is my shortlist at the moment: - I agree, really like the pose of the head twisting! - could be the counterpart to my pet Prisma who is a Spectrum Lain - I really like Montres! - somewhat impish-looking - the pose is pretty cool - as if it's rearing to attack - could be the counterpart to my pet Ascension who is a Paralix

I really love the look of the Nightmare Harvester but I'm currently thinking of using this concept for another name - but that pet will be created after I saved enough to buy more pet slots...

Personally I'm also leaning heavily toward Bloodred Legeica and small possibility for Bloodred Lain... both are my favourite Bloodred pets (both are really elegant looking and not overly gory and I have a soft spot for Legeicas and Lains) :D

Hopefully I will figure this out soon! I've already stashed away the potions waiting for my decision to be made XD Fingers crossed :)
