Once Upon a Time/Disney
Gepetto
Reference: Disneys'/Once Upon a Times' Geppetto, the toy maker. I already have a start but I don't want that to be all he has to him!
Dark One
Reference: Rumplestiltskin, also known as Rumple, the Dark One, the Crocodile and Mr. Gold, is a character on Once Upon a Time.
Ella de Vil OC
Reference:OC of a poor misguided child who idolizes Cruella de Vil. She's has looked up to the villian without really knowing or understanding that Cruella is INDEED a villian. She loves fashion and wants to be a designer just like Cruella. This innocent child believes that Cruelle wears what she does because she loves dalmations so much she wants to own everything dalmation. She struts around walking like Cruella, her name is Eloise but she corrects everyone and says 'It's Ella, Darling, Ella de Vil'. Everyone thought it was just so darn cute that they didn't have the heart to correct her. 
Book of Life
Muertita
Reference: La Muerte from Book of Life. La Muerte, is the Ruler and Queen of the Land of the Remembered... She is the estranged wife of Xibalba and is an ancient, immortal goddess of benevolence, kindness, goodness, generosity, purity, forgiveness, mercy, hope, love, passion, light and death.
Balby
Reference: Xibalba Book of Life. He is an ancient, immortal god, the dark ruler of the Land of the Forgotten and the husband of La Muerte.
Turncoat
Reference: X-mens Gambit. Gambit belongs to a subspecies of humans called mutants, who are born with superhuman abilities. Gambit has the ability to mentally create, control, and manipulate pure kinetic energy to his desire. He is also incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in card-throwing, hand-to-hand combat, and the use of a staff. Gambit is known to charge playing cards and other objects with kinetic energy, using them as explosive projectiles. Not to mention his knack for stealing things...
Union
Reference: David Bowie. This is after the amazing man that was and is David Bowie. Union for Union Jack, a symbol of his brith place and a coat he wore. Not much to explain here except it's a tribute pet, of course.
Potions Master
Reference: Self explained mostly, this is for Severus Snape. It's modeled after his Patronus. Not much needed to be said.
Trophy Pet OC
Reference: He's a beautiful Experiment whom someone got as a egg. This person wanted it because it was someone to get and brag about, a trophy. It grew and the person grew disinterested in it because the pet no longer got him attention. This trophy had a buge bond with it's owner and didn't understand the sudden disinterest after all the years of fun they had together. It had to learned how to take care of itself because the food stopped coming and so did any form of attention.
For him I want a TC that sort of starts out with nice bonding items (things a well treated pet would have) and then gradually transitions into something fending for itself... being abandoned.

For Rumplestiltskin I tried to reference some of the Storybook people he's directly affected. I've edited to include some more.

the restorative powder is a reference to the fact that when Rumple entered Belle's dreams to wake her up, he met an adult version of his son who showed himself as Morpheus, the Greek God of dreams. I figure it could stand in for sleeping powder, dream dust, that sort of thing. It's in the first episode of the most recent season so if you haven't actually watched the new episodes that have recently come out yet.-- don't read this.
As for Gambit:

I also have these two pets that are fairytale based pets.
Geppeto- He's based off the Disney animated film version, but some of his treasure might help.
and Charming
whose TC items might work. None of them are explicitly based on the OUAT versions of their character though, though Charming references all incarnations of Prince Charming in fairytales( Snow White, Cinderella, etc..) and OUAT version of it.
Oh that is a brilliant idea! I never would have thought to do it that with with Rumples TC! That honestly would make wonderful load of items for him. I appreciate that thought and the others ❤ lol, it was your Geppeto that made me realize mine was misspelled XD I did two Ts instead of 2 Ps. Thank you for some of the explanations too, really helps with their meaning and connections.

Geppetto was a lucky name snag though. I think the name was taken before I managed to grab it and I just happened to come across it when it cleared during a random name search. There's also this item on site which I think fits Rumplestiltskin as well.
I'm a huge classic Disney fan, though I'm not as familiar with Once Upon a Time. Hopefully these suggestions will be of use. :)

Although I don't know very much about most of these, I'm somewhat familiar with 101 Dalmatians! :) Maybe some squeaky bones or dog care items? She also wears green earrings and eyeshadow, if you want to go that far! And I think a black fascinator?
