I was actually looking for a pet to use for my character idea loosely based on my history as well. Most people who have gone through traumatic events begin to use coping mechanisms to help themselves feel better or distract themselves. I was hoping to have a character who's traumatic event is never actually revealed but it's a constant in her story and she pushes it to the side with day dreaming about going into space. So the reader knows something isn't right, there's something bothering her but then it gets thrown to the side while her day dream is drawn out for them.

Would most likely turn her into a galactic species of some sort. ^^ Feel free to look around my profile and pets if you'd like! In a middle of a revamp but for the most part they're done.

I'd also like to apply! I think Traumatized would be an amazing partner for my pet Rainbow Child. Rainbow Child has a history of being a spy, raised as a kid with all sorts of secret spy skills, but is now retired and trying to find a peaceful home that doesn't remind her of her past. Traumatized could be a friend of hers who went through something similar, I'm thinking a similar brainwashing and training but probably failed too many missions and was kicked out to fend for herself, and now she's also trying to find a peaceful and happy existence. I'd love to build their profiles together so they correlate. Traumatized would make an amazing neighbor and friend for her, both of them not so good at socializing and making friends but finding true companionship and someone who understands. Her nickname would be TM.

Rainbow Child is spectrum, so my first instinct is to make Traumatized also spectrum, but I don't know for sure. I was going to say they both might get species change, but a ruffie and a chai are pretty cute together! I like it a lot.

Oh, my pets with the most progress are Yeoman, Jamarcus, Mackenzi, and Aariston! I've been on a TC kick lately but I've also been adding some coding and story excerpts slowly but surely to my emptier profiles.

Take your time in deciding!^^ I imagine you're attached and I want to mention that it's really nice to see that while you made her during a hard time in your life, you don't feel like it's necessary to have her. I hope that means things are looking up or already much better!
