Drag and drop the item image to your URL. Take a look at the URL once it opens in a new tab. The first 6 numbers at the end before the underscore are the ID of the user who commissioned the item. To figure out who the ID belongs to, go to my profile and click on my wishlist. Replace the 6 numbers in my WL URL to the number you got from the item and press enter. You should now be able to view who commissioned it. Now you can mail/comment them and ask them any questions you have about the item. Sometimes, unfortunately, the commissioner will be inactive or gone. I'm sorry if that is the case.

I would look up the user, myself, but I am currently on mobile. Hopefully you can find the item youre looking for!

Also, I have a method I use to find the item I want from users who have it and ask if they're willing to sell. There is a search option in the WL menu. Search for the item you want and users who have it on their WL will pop up. This part takes time, but I've been successful before: View each person's WL and only look for a category "owned cws" or "cws owned". If the item happens to be in that category, ask the person very politely if they are willing to sell the item. Lots of times people don't plan on selling, but theres always a chance someone will be willing to.
