Subetalodge says it's a March 2006 donation item.

March 2006 donation presents literally don't exist, so I'm unsure about pricing this little guy! Any help is appreciated!

most items from those DPs are in the hustler queue at 250 CSC each :)

Thank you very much! I had no idea they were in there, I don't bother with the CSC Hustler. :'D

So about 300-350CSC would be fair because of the chance element, right?

yeah probably, since no others are out there you can charge more until they do appear in the CS hustler
