I get off work at 9:00, when it starts, so I'm hoping to find it on the radio to listen to for 20 minutes before I get home and can watch it. Each debate will be broadcast live on C-SPAN, ABC, CBS, FOX and NBC, as well as all cable news channels including CNN, Fox News and MSNBC among others.
Are you going to watch it? Any topics you're hoping to hear about? If you're not in the US, does your country hold anything similar? Etc.?
Oh, and I suppose it needs to be said to cover my arse...please don't turn this into a politicially-fueled shit show up in here. In other words, don't tear each other new ones over opinions.
Well I did watch it. But since we are really not talking politics I will just say it was fun

I'm really late to this post, but I was supposed to be studying for a midterm I had the next day. I told myself I'd put the debate on in the background and go through flashcards. Instead, I ended up watching the debate the whole 1.5 hours, didn't even look at my flashcards, and all it did was give me high blood pressure for a bit.
The number of interruptions from Trump irked me so much.
I actually laughed out loud when he said he had a much better temperament.
Basically, it motivated me to fill out my absentee ballot application ASAP.
Scary how entertaining the debate was in all the wrong ways. Can't wait for the next one. Also, Trump knows like all the adjectives for good. If there was a drinking game to every time he used an adjective like amazing, I would have keeled over like 20 minutes in lol.
yeah I almost lost it when he said he had a better temperament because he showed that SO well in the debate /cough
tbh It doesn't really matter to me anymore what the election outcome is. If one candidate wins, it will help the country. If the other one wins, it will be a 2+ year circus show! I win either way on this one ^_^
exactly how I feel about the outcome /hi-fives
I love love love Alec Baldwin as Trump in the SNL skits. I hope there's more of them. O
