I haven't seen one item in there yet, even when it says it's just restocked. I know a lot of people are likely faster than me, but to not even see one item when reloading?

The shop restocks a couple of seconds before the Restocked Now notice appears. The only way to get anything is to constantly refresh in there near the time a restock occurs and you've still got to be quick.

I feel your pain! :) I'm usually not bad at restocking, and I've been refreshing all day long, and I haven't even seen a single item restock since it opened this year. At least last years I managed to buy a couple of items, not many, but some. I trust others saying that it's restocking, but not even seeing any items there is kind of rediculous. I hope something is changed to the shop next year. More restocks, or more items, or lower rarities. Something, anything!

Edit: just saw my first restock! Couldn't grab any of the new items, it was sold out in like 10 seconds. Seriously, that's crazy!

I guess I'm not that good at restocking myself, but the Freyalise shop is about the worst when it comes to restocking (my opinion). So far I managed to grab a couple of sharks, two wigs and a plushie. So I fancy myself one of the "luckier" users this year 😇

But most of the time it's just either "Restocked now! There are no items stocked 😦" or "Restocked now!, x is sold out, x is sold out, There are no items stocked 😦". And this over and over again...

Tbh I gave up trying lol which is why I'm not going to get anywhere near what I wanted for this year.. or year's past. For as often as you can get the items out of the 3 ways, you'd have better luck with the antique shops.

yep it's definitely restocking, i've been lucky enough to grab a few items myself; you really just kind of have to refresh the page a bunch and get lucky, and yes, items really do sell out within seconds so you have to be quite fast.

[edit] ok here's the method i've figured out. as far as i can tell, restocks happen on the minute or a few seconds after. so i keep the shop open in a separate window and keep an eye on the site clock. when it reaches XX:XX:55, i start clicking anabelle to refresh the shop every couple of seconds. once the minute changes, one of your refreshes might be the restock, so make sure to keep an eye out for items to show up. if nothing comes up, keep refreshing until the "restocked X minutes ago" increases. at that point, just wait until the clock approaches the next minute. rinse and repeat. at some point you will see a restock, and when that happens just click as fast as you can on an item towards the end of the stock (where new items show up) and hope you clicked it before someone else. if you're fast enough at buying, hitting back, approximating five seconds, then clicking another item (preferably something that has more than one in stock, increasing your likelihood of getting it), you can get some items over the course of the holiday.

I keep getting error messages when trying to refresh the page. Even if there are items it gives me an error message and I miss the items. Anyone else having this problem?

Have yet to see anything in there. I've been getting some pirate items from various quests, though.

I've had pretty good luck with it so far - this is my first Keel Holiday, too. To be honest, it's no where near as hard to snag items from there as it is on some other sites. At least since all items stocked are reasonably valuable, it's not a case of several hundred people waiting for just one particular item. That is utterly unfun. My method is to keep it in my bookmarks (the ones built into the site, you know, on the righthand border, not the ones in my browser) and click it when I remember to. I only sometimes bother stalking the shop and I've managed four or five items a day so far without much effort. It also 'refreshes' quicker when you 'refresh' by reloading the page via a direct link as opposed to F5, which is another good reason to add it to your bookmarks here instead of your browser. That's true for restocking just about everywhere, but not all sites make it so easy.
