Dumb question... I was reading on the FAQs that you don't do pet trades anymore... does this mean I cannot give a pet to a friend if I so desired? I'm not selling it, but simply giving it to someone... is this still permitted? As well, if I am able to gift a pet, do I need to remove all the treasure from the pet's TC (to give to the person who is receiving said pet) or can this all be gifted along with the pet?

you can transfer pets, including treasure items, to any of your friends if you want. the only restriction is that pets cannot be exchanged for currency, items, or other pets. so gifting is fine.

Many users use the pet transfer system to directly give pets they may adopt out or want a friend to hold rather than risk timing at the pound. Also a person to get a pet has to confirm the transfer for it to be 100%
