I thought it might just be a random picture on the Subeta image servers that the SubetaLodge team picked up, but then I saw it had a description and a rarity and everything, so... Yeah, a gag is my best guess.

I've seen it yesterday when looking for something on SubetaLodge. I gotta admit, I laughed. I wish it was a real Item, I'd collect all of them. xD

I think it's just a joke. The Subetalodge crew is a bit salty about Subeta staff saying that their item categories and stuff are not always accurate, because of the Iku-tree fruits being miscategorized on both ends. It's not a real item.

i mean i figured it was some sort of joke but i didn't really get the context, plus that last sl news update... but ok, knowing that staff made some comments... lmao yeah that makes sense and is pretty funny... but i hope that item doesn't stay there forever, as due to its extremely high item id it will always show up at the top of the list when sorting from newest to oldest.

I don't really think staff meant any harm (unless there were more comments made than what I saw) but okay.
