When I've gone to my wardrobe in the past and have clicked on 'Remove Items' I've been able to see only unsorted (items not in a draw) items, been able to put them into their correct categories and go, today how ever EVERYTHING has shown up and I have no idea where to find the newly added items. I'm positive it's just something simple that this old fool has over looked but any help will be most appreciated.

If you sort by Timeline > Descending, the list of items will sort by the most recent items added to your wardrobe. Unfortunately there's not a way to single out items not in a drawer already anymore, but if you sort all your items and sort as you go, then that should definitely help.
