So I googled and looked at the FAQ's and such but I haven't seen a question like mine.

I had my ex friend hold two pets for me but he went inactive and still has them. One still has my profile/story and art I bought while the other one doesn't. is there a way to get my pets back or is it considered a lost cause?

you could try filing a ticket and see if there's anything they can do for you, but I don't really think they can. they might be though, worth a shot :)

as kbbob stated the only real option is to file a ticket and see if a staff member can transfer a pet from the inactive account over, but there's a high chance you're probably out of luck though.
