One of my raffle tasks is to get a crystal but I honestly have no idea how to do it.

You put items into the fragmentizer and you have a chance at getting a crystal. It takes rarities 1-99 and 160 for sure, I'm not sure if there are others or not off-hand though
go to the Fragmentizer, it's the shop just to the right of center on the bottom of the Darkside map. Click on it.
If you aren't on the page that explains what the Fragmentizer is and has the buttons Select and Fragmentize, then click on the link at the top that says Fragmentizer.
If you have stuff in your Inventory, it'll show what items you can fragmentize. Click on up to six (for now, since you only need one crystal and don't know what you're doing) Don't fragmentize anything very valuable. It shouldn't take more than six items to get one crystal.
Hello, the fragmentizer is located in the currency section of your vault. All you have to do is select items you don't care about and press the "fragmentize" button.
