I did Carl and was at 12, then instead of 13/15, I got 4/15. Then it got back to 14/15. Erhm...huh?! :D Superstitious maybe? :P

I noticed this happens a LOT to me, especially right after a 502 error. Not sure it's the exact reason, but it might have something to do with it?

Probably...I thought Carl was like super drunk :D But if you say it happens in other quests too...unless they all went party, it is the weekend... ;)
