I have a question about this question: "Which fictional character is known to be an Animagus?" - There are several know characters that are animagus and all HP characters are fictional, so this question really confuses me as to who you are referring.
Yes. But what character would be considered a fictional character in the wizarding world? For example, Grumble is a fictional character in one of the stories found in The Tales of Beedle the Bard. Harry Potter wouldn't be considered a fictional character in the wizarding world. He would be a real person. I hope I cleared things up for you. c:
