If you search for "genetech" in the Item Notes on Subetalodge, you get a full list. Or here for quick link. :)
Evy gave you a link to a list of which items you can make in the Genetech Lab, not which you can combine, though. For example, there is a Arid Beauty Diamond-Set Curls in the list, do you see it? Click on it! Next, there appears some general info on this item and, in the last line, the following: Notes: Genetech Lab Combination: Diamond Scented Perfume + Arid Subeta Shampoo That means you need to get a and a first! Then you take these two items to the Genetech Lab and create the Arid Beauty Diamond-Set Curls with these two.
