How do I unfollow shops? I have decided I don't really need to follow any really anymore/

You have to go into each shop and click the Unfollow Shop button at the top, underneath the user's categories.

is there a tab that shows all the shops that I'm following? I can't seem to find it..

Yeah, it's just on the main CW Shops page. I'm not sure if they still do this but there might be some thrown in that you're not following, all the ones you are will have a blue box that says FOLLOWING underneath the "Go to shop" link.
