If I take more than a minute getting the items for him and turning them in, I get no sP!! I also get a 15 point wizard token instead of a 20 point one. It's weird, and honestly extremely annoying to buy expensive items and then get no sP back.

I am pretty sure that's just an annoying feature. Just gotta focus and finish the quests quickly!

You have to be quick with the Wizard. If you're able to bring back items within 10 seconds, you get the achievement "Speedy Quester". It's difficult, but it can be done.

Yeah, I've gotten that! ^-^ Why do they say you have 30 minutes though if you really don't have much time at all?

Congratulations, it took me forever to get that one. It's always been the longer you took to bring items back to him the fewer tokens you got. As far as the SP, that one I don't know about. I've been here 10 years and have seen a lot of changes and revamps.

It is definitely not a bug. You do have 30 minutes technically but the longer you take with him, the more impatient he gets. You can't take too long when he wants his panties.

The Wizard is old, he can't be sure he's going to make it the full 30 minutes to give you a prize
