Hi there. In keeping with what seems a trend in this forum, I'm a 'new' old user.
I just have a concern about logging in from public networks: Is my account going to be banned if I want to log in from a different computer, or from somewhere other than home? I see that you can't put a note in your profile, so not sure what else to do ^^;

Make sure to visit Personal > User Dashboard on the top nav bar to collect any Loyalty Boxes you may have left uncollected.
Generally speaking it is not a problem to switch computers/locations, but it is important to file a ticket for record keeping if you are logging in from a common IP/computer/household as another player, to avoid being mistaken for multiple account abusing. If you are not sure about anything related to rules/account security, you can always file a ticket to err on the side of caution.
Our ticket system is very efficient, you normally have a reply within few hours or if not within the day.
