Both This pet comes with a free name change (they were pounded from previously inactive accounts where their original name was taken, which means they can have one name change for free)

Correct me if I'm wrong but... Isn't low ID considered above 400,000 or around it?
I have seen low ID count for under a million before, but I'm not an ID chaser so I could be wrong!

I'm interested in Dillema, I will admit I'm mostly interested in their ID, and plan to change pretty much everything. If you'd rather have someone adopt them for their species, I understand.
