is there any sort of quick stock function for the items in inventory? or do I have to go through and send each item to the vault individually?

You can use quick stock if you have a shop or gallery. In the commerce dropdown under "your shops" there will be (qs) next to each shop or gallery you have. You can also just go to the shop to edit your items or whatever and there will be a tab to access the quick stock that way as well.

You can find it in each shop under "quickstock" or by hovering over Commerce > Your Shops > whichever shop you want to quickstock into.
