I just added an item to my wardrobe and it is now missing from both my inventory and wardrobe. Has the new one been taking some time to update? I only recently logged in from a very lengthy hiatus and do not know if this is a known issue.

Yeah, there's a delay before recently-added items show up in your wardrobe. It could be a few minutes up to half an hour or so. If you're concerned you can look for it in the Account Search though.
