So last year I went to try and date a guy, but he would stand me up on the few dates planned. I always had to go to his place. He would not talk to me for days... Just stupid things. A couple months ago he called me up and we had just been talking. I hadn't heard from him so talked to him only for him to say he was mad at me but won't say why. So ok bye to you!

Then my ex keeps showing up at my work just about every other day...

So yeah some people just don't seem to know how to interact lol maybe it's something in the water?

I had one guy smile and shake his head at me. I was with my fiance and a friend, so I thought he was just being nice or wanting to say something about my Pokemon shirt. Then, he kisses the air while I'm looking at him. It made me really uncomfortable, so my fiance blew kisses at him and I drove away. XD

No offense but that first guy sounds like an absolute douche. If I were you I'd cut off all contact with him, people like that... I don't know if they will ever change, sadly.

And your ex probably misses you.. maybe? idk, guys are weird, lol!

I have a good friend who somewhat has an 8th grade syndrome (not joking). I don't actually know what is the professional term for it and I always thought it's bullshit that something like that would exist in real life... till I met him, I guess. He's actually not dumb and quite hard-working, he's already working as a software developer and he really does love his job. Anyway, the problem is he tells me about his weird fantasies all the damn time, and there isn't much for me to say because I am quite the realistic person so I pretty much think all of his ramblings are absolute nonsense... Till now I refrained from telling him off, but I'm afraid in the future I will tell him I'd rather have him not talk to that kind of stuff to me, because it frankly doesn't interest me. I keep fictional stuff in fictional stories :/

Haha I know! I figured no harm in a friendship, we didn't even really talk about much, just summer things like boating and work. One day he just stopped. I told him to piss off until he can use his adult words and communicate like a person to another person. And honestly I would have laughed if my fiance did that! That is pure gold there to me how yours reacted. I'd have then loudly said "It's reasons like this why I love you" and planted a big kiss.

As I told Cherri I told him off lol My ex however is a whole other issue. He's doing it to piss me off. He only shows up with the girl that caused me to call it all off. He had himself convinced I was cheating, to the point he sent friends of his to my job to verify I was at work like I told him. Apparently that wasn't enough so he slowly stopped coming to see me. One day after work I was taking back roads home to have a lil slice of peace when I saw him driving by with another girl in his truck. I asked who she was and what the deal was. He started with the "just a friend, what's it matter" argument when a guy has been caught. So I left him before he could leave me. That irked him because he was apparently supposed to be victim over my fictionalized "cheating" he made it seem like I was doing. So now he makes a point to buy a small thing everyother day with her there. I just laugh because first you gotta have something I want.

And I'm honestly sorry your friend is putting you in an awkward spot. I get how the fictional world is fun, i play d&d and love reading my books, but hearing about it all the time is irritating. It's like anything else, hear about it every which way enough it gets overwhelming, and frankly boring. Maybe find a way to tell your friend that you want to talk about new things? That you're glad they love what they love but there's more to the world and maybe you guys can find new hobbies or things to learn?

What the hell is it with scumbag exs? Jesus. Mine kept saying I was cheating on him for leaving the house ONE time with a friend. He knew exactly where I was at all times. That one single incident caused him to think I had been cheating on him for 2 years and blah blah. Then he decided to cheat on me with a girl he knew. Same "just a friend, what's it matter" bull shit. Then to hurt me brings the chick over to our house as i'm packing my shit, i didn't have a car at the time so he knew I was "trapped" but he was the victim of my "cheating" as well. Suddenly tho, that chick drops him after he dumps me (lol), and he comes crawling back. Kicked him to the curb hard. So then he proceeded to continuously email me, and send me messages on FB, and have his friends harass me. Blocked everywhere.

Also, you should totally be like "damn, I got over you ages ago, still pining for me eh? ;)" he'll stew in it for a while. hahaha

I also kept one of my exs as a "friend" and he was something. We didn't discuss much besides his pathetic life. I eventually stopped responding, because his communications were so infrequent and because I was extremely bored of him.

I have 'irritations' with people every damn day at work. I just don't understand how some people can get through everyday life being so thunderously stupid.

Like the people who I talk to on the phone, happens at least three times a day. I answer the phone with "[Business name], this is Lisa. How can I help you?" and they invariably say "Is this [business name]?" and/or "To whom am I speaking?" Cue the forehead vein and eyetwitch. It's like, I JUST FUCKING TOLD YOU, YOU PATHETIC SACK OF EXCREMENT!!
