i don't know if this is a feature in the v3 wardrobe that is broken or isn't working yet but every time i try to choose a nose in the 'base' tab, nothing happens. & i've seen HAs with noses so i'm a little lost... is my wardrobe just broken ? :/

You need to move them above your base in the list of items on the left. c: Otherwise your base is on top of your facial features.

if you don't see base features in the items list at all, try saving your avatar and refreshing the page and they should show up. but yes, make sure they're layered above your base.
