Hi are you allowed to give someone a pet?(And the other person agrees they want it)

Yup, there should be a 'give to friend' option for every individual pet (the same tab where you can edit their description/TC/see their books etc. Just selling pets / profiting from them isn't allowed, but giving them away is okay c:
