Ok, so I have this friend whom I've seen about 3 years ago and she back and asked me to come visit in her new home. She's been going through some tuff stuff, caught her hubbie dearest in bed with a neighbour ("good girl" next door, eh?! ) and she's back to start over. I really care about her, but have not a shadow of a clue what to get her. Something funny? Something inspiring? Just a crap for the house? No clue! I have to be there Friday night, so I got 1 1/2 days to shop, aka AAGGHH! :D Just throw some ideas my way? Oh...and...just about 50 bucks, unfortunately I'm kinda broke...(GOD, I sound cheep!)

But good on her for starting over. It's not easy I imagine. I think something inspiring sounds nice, like something that will help make her feel like getting out of bed in the morning and looking forward to each day. Some ideas are:

-Cool houseplant -Vase of flowers -Tasteful handmade piece of artwork -Silk scarf or fashion accessory -An encyclopedia or picture book worth looking at over and over again -Art supplies or nice sketchbook, if she is creative -A nice desk lamp -Wine, if you guys drink, to celebrate her new life

Oh, she would actually LOVE a bunny! :D But I'm thinking...she does love her new apartment to stay new :D But the art thingies would be a super idea, she loves anything artsy, so at least I have the direction, thanks a lot, boy, you gave it a lot of thought! Thanks 👍

Haha no problem, I always have a hard time deciding presents for people so those are my go-to. Whatever you get I hope she likes it!

I got her a hand-painted scarf, wrapped around a wine bottle...so all in one :D Yeah, a bit more then what I intended, but so pretty :D Thanks again :)
