So the user who released it is looks like it is a private with two public copies. I did a Google search and it looks like owns one of the copies, paid 5k for it, but was looking for it for ages so I have no idea if they're willing to let go of it or not. You can probably chat them up. I don't know who owns the other copy but it seems the user is inactive or was as of 2+ years ago.
