Ok so I just logged on and I have recieved a warning for using forgien language on the site. I am seriously confused as I only speak English and no other languages and I have checked back on my recent posts and there is not a spelling mistake or anything that looks like a foreign language. Who can I talk to about this to find out where and what I said that was wrong?

I would try filing a ticket and see if they can tell you what exactly you were cited for and if it was maybe an error or something.

Ok will do. It says a verbal warning and I checked my user dash but it hasn't counted the warning there. It must be an errror. I dont use the shoutbox and very rarely comment on news feeds or profiles. Pretty much only active on the forums and like I previously stated I checked those and I see nothing at all that would breach the sites rules

Yeah it sounds like it may have been an error in that case, but it still wouldn't hurt to double check!

verbal warnings do not show on your User Dashboard. File a Ticket.

I just figured it out. Its not even something I said. My forum picture is missing it contained a Japanese word in it I think. Is there any way to remove a filed ticket cause I literally just filled one before I realized what was missing.

just respond to the ticket and say you figured it out

No. At this point you just have to wait for a response. When they respond, you can then say "never mind, figured it out." or whatever.

Yeah I did all sorted now. Bummer I didn't figure it out before filing it though :)
