Hi there! Like the name of the topic implies, I'm an old user that's been away from the site for... about a year I think... ( wow, how time flies with two kids, a job and a moving!)

So, the thing is... one of my pets as lost its name and is now called by a bunch of numbers aaaaand it seems my shops are closed and/or lost (it bothers me a bit since there was a lot of money and collectibles in there...)

I was wondering what you guys thought I could do do get them back if possible and if I should check in with the site staff...

For the pet name thing, you should get one free name change without having to do anything. Just go to the pets page, click on the edit icon next to your pet, and select Change Name. Unfortunately, you may not be able to get the old name back if someone else has taken it. But you can change it to anything else that's available.

As for the shops, your old ones should still be there. Everything was recently changed to a new system, but this thread should answer most of the questions you may have about that. New Shop Guides

Hullo :3 Unfortunately with the pet name being lost, there is no getting it back. However you are allowed to rename the pet one time for free. It was made available to other users to rename or create their own pet with your pets name, after 1 full year of inactivity.

As for the shop, you should be able to collect the money and any items that hadn't sold. I'm not super sure how that goes (I'm drawing a blank), but I'm going to try to find out! Someone will probably beat me to coming back to the topic though.

I'll try looking for the pet name, chances are the one I gave it as been used by someone else... My bad for leaving so long. :)
