Hi, guys! I'm new not only to this site, but to the world of cults, as well. I checked some cults out to get a general feel for the layout, and it is to my understanding that cults are multi-forum. I am under the assumption that when making the forums for a cult, you are able to multiple sections/forums and multiple threads to go along with each forum. For example, we are in the "cults" forum and we are able to make separate topics like this one. Is this how cults are allowed to operate?

If my assumption is correct, then would anyone be interested in helping me make a cult for different kinds of anime/manga rp? In a cult like this, there could be multiple forums for different series, and people can roleplay/make threads for a certain anime in its forum. For example, we could have Dragon Ball Z and Full Metal Alchemist sections, with which people can start RP threads relating to each anime in their respective forums.
